At Dark Void Trading, we value your satisfaction while also protecting our interests as a seller. Please review our returns guidelines and contact us at info@darkvoidtrading.co.uk with any questions or concerns.

 

General Return Policy

• All returns must be safely packaged and shipped with a valid tracking number.

• Retain proof of postage and tracking details to help resolve any issues during transit.

• Dark Void Trading assumes no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit if not properly tracked or packaged.

 

 

Returning Unwanted Products

​

• Unwanted items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs on unwanted items.

• Single cards must be returned in exactly the same condition as sold.

• Factory-sealed products and accessories must remain unopened, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

• For items that fail to meet these requirements, Dark Void Trading reserves the right to:

• Refuse the return entirely, or

• Offer an exchange or store credit voucher at our sole discretion.

 

 

Returning Faulty or Damaged Products

​

• Notify us of any faults or damage within 30 days of purchase.

• Email clear details and photos of the fault/damage to info@darkvoidtrading.co.uk.

• Upon review, we will provide a prepaid postage label for the return if the claim is approved.

• Faulty or damaged items can be exchanged for the same product (subject to availability) or replaced with a store credit voucher if an identical product is unavailable.
